Business papers and correspondence of William Ferdinand Cary with Thomas Greaves Cary, largely in relation to the settlement of the estate of their brother, Henry Cary. Also included are the commission and discharge papers of William F. Cary, Jr. as a quartermaster in the 1st Division of the New York State Militia in 1861, a Harvard diploma granted to William, Sr. in 1878 (he failed to complete his course with the class of 1817), and an abstract of the will of Henry Cary.
